Bonus rules
Bet and expiry limits
The maximum bet with an active bonus is 7.5 AUD unless the individual offer sets another limit. Larger bets may cost the bonus, free spins and winnings made with bonus money. Unless an offer says otherwise, winnings received while wagering a bonus, welcome offers included, are capped at ten times the bonus granted. Daily cashback is the exception. Any exceeded balance is voided before a withdrawal. Bonuses are valid for 5 days unless stated otherwise. If wagering remains incomplete when the period ends, the bonus money and winnings become void.
Activation and eligibility
Day-based offers follow UTC time and run from 00:00 to 23:59 on the named day. Only one bonus can be active at a time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined. Each offer is strictly limited to one per person, family, home address, email address, IP address, phone number and payment account.
Bonus offers are unavailable when the withdrawal-to-deposit ratio exceeds 70% or when the player's total income generated for our casino is negative.
Wagering order and game contribution
Your real-money balance is used first, then your bonus balance.
| Game type | Contribution to wagering |
|---|---|
| Pokies except classic pokies | 100% of the bet |
| Table games, classic pokies and video poker | 5% of the bet |
| Live games | 10% |
| Instant games | 0% |
Cancelling or withdrawing
You may cancel a bonus without any loss of your own funds. If you withdraw before wagering is complete, the bonus and winnings are void, while any remaining own funds are paid.
Deposits and payment methods
Cards, wallets and bank options
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, e-wallets and bank transfers. The e-wallet choices include Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, ecoPayz and MiFinity. Vouchers and crypto are also available depending on the region, and AUD is one of our accepted currencies.
Crypto labels
Our supported cryptocurrency labels are BTC, BCH, ETH, DOGE, LTC, USDT, XRP, BNB, ADA and TRX.
Deposit ownership and wagering
Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. A third-party deposit can lead to confiscation of winnings and return of the original deposit to its owner.
All deposits must be wagered before related funds can be withdrawn. Bets must total 3x the deposit for most games or 10x for table and live games. Combined unwagered deposits are assessed together, and a processing fee may apply if the requirement is not met.
Withdrawals
Methods and limits
Withdrawals can use credit or debit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers or cryptocurrencies depending on the region. You can withdraw from 75 AUD. Amounts above a payment-system limit may be paid in instalments.
We process up to 7,500 AUD per day, 15,000 AUD per week and 30,000 AUD per month, unless a promotion sets other terms, and higher VIP levels may receive exceptions. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.
Timing and verification
A request can take up to 48 hours for review and processing. Transfers can take up to 5 business days depending on the method and workload, while bank transfer payouts are in principle processed within 3 banking days. In exceptional cases intermediary banks may add charges to a bank transfer, in our experience up to 24 AUD.
Before your first withdrawal request, verify your phone number in your profile. Payouts wait until your account is fully verified.
Your account and mobile access
Registration and identity checks
To register, you must be at least 18 or the higher legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and provide your date of birth, full legal name, residential address, valid email, government-issued photo ID and proof of address. We may also request proof of the payment method.
Each person may register and maintain only one personal account. We may close duplicate accounts, cancel pending withdrawals and confiscate winnings.
We may request live phone verification. Failure to pass a requested check within 2 weeks results in account termination and forfeiture of funds. If requested documentation is invalid or missing, we may suspend or close the account and forfeit the balance.
Signing in and mobile play
Use the sign-in area at the top of our casino, and if you forget your password we email you reset instructions. Our games are mobile-friendly and work in a mobile browser.
Responsible gambling
Personal limits
To set a limit, reach out to us via live chat or at [email protected]. Lowering a limit works straight away. Raising one needs your email confirmation and starts only when the previous limit of the same type runs out.
Deposit limits can run per day, week or month, though we cannot always apply them to crypto deposits. Loss limits and wager limits work over the same periods.
Cooling-off
A cooling-off period lasts 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. While the limit is active, fiat deposits and promotions are unavailable, remaining funds may be withdrawn, and some crypto deposits may still process. It is applied to your account immediately, and the account reactivates automatically when the selected period expires.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion lasts 6 months, 9 months, 1 year or indefinitely. Your account is disabled the moment it starts, and you are left out of promotions for the whole period.
During self-exclusion, fiat currency deposits are unavailable, remaining balances can be requested through support subject to our limits and verification, and some crypto transactions may still process.
Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy offer independent help and support.
Support and complaints
Our team answers live chat around the clock, and you can email us at [email protected].
Our support team looks at every complaint first. If it stays unresolved, we pass it further inside our company and keep you updated.
Boho Casino questions
Where do I find the promo codes?
Every code sits on its own offer card, right next to its conditions.
What if a deposit bonus does not appear?
Contact our support team before you place any bets, and keep the deposit amount unchanged. Once you have started betting, a missing deposit bonus can no longer be added by hand.
